There shall be credited to such account from the net revenues (at least yearly) of the District or from general taxes an amount sufficient to meet principal and interest payments on the Band issued hereunder when due. There shall be credited to said account from the proceeds of the sale of the Bond issued hereunder a sufficient amount to pay interest on said Bond during the construction period. 7. Approval of Purchaser of Bonds. The United States of American is hereby approved as purchaser of the Bonds.
If Purchaser fails to purchase the Bonds, the President and Secretary are directed and authorized to sell the Bonds to any person or entity willing to purchase said bonds. 8. Resolution Constitutes Contract. After the Bonds have been issued, this Resolution shall constitute a contract between the District and the holderholders of the Bonds, and shall remain ir-repealable and unalterable until the Bonds and the In terest accruing thereon shall have been duly paid, satisfied and discharged. 9.

The officers of the District and the County Auditors of Pennington and Lawrence Counties are authorized and directed to prepare and furnish to the purchasers of said Bonds, and to the attorneys passing on the legality of said Bond issue, copies of all proceedings relating to Bonds and other Bonds and affidavits showing the facts affecting the legality thereof as shown bv the books and records of the District under their ciutody and control ar as otherwise known to them and such copies, Bonds, and affidavits, including any heretofore furnished, shall constitute representations of the Districts to the facts therein recited.
