In the US, our last order dates vary by state. The closer you order to our final delivery dates, the more likely that we’ll only have softcover books available to arrive in time for Mother's Day. Absolutely. During checkout you'll have the ability to enter your desired shipping address. We never include any invoices, pricing, or billing information in the package.
Each item is made especially for you and takes 1-3 days plus delivery time. We do offer a faster, express shipping option during checkout. There’s no 'rush' option beyond this, unfortunately, and we can’t offer any delivery estimates beyond what’s shown at the checkout.
The postal carrier used to deliver your order depends on your delivery address. For standard shipping, we use regular post which will be delivered using local postal service, or held safely at their depot for the recipient to pick it up at their leisure. For express shipping, we use a variety of couriers with most orders being delivered by UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL.
We can ship with Standard Delivery to any PO box or FAO/APO address. We can only ship with Speedy or Super Speedy Delivery to residential and business addresses.
A note: If you’re sending to an FAO/APO address, we suggest using a residential address whenever possible. We have printhouses located worldwide. When we deliver to a residential address, it will be printed as close to the delivery address as possible – and is likely to arrive much more quickly.
Depending on your shipping method, and the carrier delivering your parcel, your order will either be left in a safe and secure place at your delivery address, or a notification card will be left with details on how to retrieve your parcel.
If you’d like the books in your order to be sent to different addresses, please order them separately. Due to the way our orders are processed, made, and packaged, we cannot split a single order into separate parcels.
Both our standard and speedy shipping options are fully tracked. Once your order is on its way, you’ll be able to find your tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email and My Account on the website. Just log in to see all your order details in one place.
