The O2O program at Institute for Veterans and Military Families - IVMF is a great (but underutilized) program for service members, veterans, and their spouses. I recently completed their SPHR training, and now they will pay for my certification exam...and it's all free. They have a wide array of programs, so I encourage you all to check it out.#milspouse #transitioningmilitary #lifelonglearning

There are many unique characteristics of military life we take for granted, and reintegration to the civilian sector can be confusing and overwhelming. 😬For example, what do some of these job titles mean?
